Peggy Walkush Joins Keller Williams Metro

January 1, 2011: Ashley Lunn, Team Leader of the Keller Williams Metro office in San Diego, announced that Peggy Walkush, has joined her dynamic office at Keller Williams. Peggy is a former Fortune 500 company executive, who made the career change to real estate in 2004. She has bought and sold primary residences and investment properties and has served as a general contractor of sorts for major remodels. Her unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction has earned her recognition in San Diego Magazine for four consecutive years as a “Five Star: Best In Client Satisfaction” agent, a distinction shared by less than 2% of San Diego agents.

“It’s no secret that the past 5-6 years in San Diego real estate have been rocky,” said Peggy. “In my view there is no magic bullet for surviving as an agent in this market. It’s all about hard work, follow through and a real attentiveness to your customer’s needs and concerns.”

Peggy’s business is largely from referrals from satisfied clients. She represents sellers and buyers in typically equity sales, shorts sale, bank owned sales (REOs) and trust sales and also works with investors on 1031 exchanges, flips and residential income property.

Peggy moved to San Diego more than 25 years ago from Pennsylvania, having grown and in a small town in the Southwestern part of the state. She is actively involved in the community, as a volunteer, fundraiser and donor for numerous organizations including the American Cancer Society, the Human Dignity Foundation and Diversionary Theater.
