Peggy Walkush Named Five Star: Best In Client Satisfaction for 2011 in San Diego Magazine

March 1, 2011 -  Peggy Walkush, Realtor, Keller Williams, was recognized in San Diego Magazine’s March Issue as a “Five Star: Best In Client Satisfaction” agent for 2011.  This is Peggy’s fourth consecutive year receiving this recognition – less than 2% of San Diego area agents share this distinction.

“I am honored to be selected again this year,” said Peggy.  “My clients are awesome people I’ve been fortunate enough to get to know through their home sale or purchase process. I’m thrilled were pleased enough to nominate me.”

San Diego Magazine partnered with Crescendo Business Services, which surveyed all San Diego residents who purchased a home over $250,000 within a 12-month period (July 2009 to July 2010) along with 7,000 subscribers of San Diego  Magazine and 250 mortgage and title companies.

Recipients were asked to evaluate only real estate agents whom they know through personal experience.  They were asked to evaluate them based on nine criteria: customer service, communication, finding the right home, integrity, negotiation, marketing the home, market knowledge, closing preparation and overall satisfaction.

Nominated real estate agents with current licenses and no disciplinary actions pending were then reviewed by a panel of industry experts.  The resulting list of Five Star real estate agents for 2011 is a select group representing less than 6% of licensed agents in the San Diego area.
