“Ground Up” is a series that will document the creation of a custom home in a San Diego beach community. Peggy Walkush, of Keller Williams, documents the process and interviews the contractors, architects, designers and home owners involved in the creation of a contemporary masterpiece with ocean views. Wardell Builders is the contractor in charge of this process. “Ground Up” will document the process over the 1 year construction of the home.
